BM accept all major International credit cards through Stripe.

BM also accept all debit cards (eg. Dankort) with Visa or MasterCard logos.
PAYMENT THROUGH STRIPE
All of the orders are processed through Stripe, a 100% secure online payment system. Stripe encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce. The payment is processed at time of purchase.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BUY POSTERS AT BOBBYMANDRUP.COM?
No. You just create your order and pay with your normal credit card.
PRICING
When shopping from within the EU, all displayed prices include VAT. When shopping from outside the EU, the prices displayed are excluding VAT. All products are sent to you from Odense, Denmark, so if you are shopping from outside the EU, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout. BM retains the right to change prices at any time.
CUSTOM PRODUCTION ART PRINTS
Each photograph is printed on Canson Rag Photographique, a 100% cotton museum grade paper. Each print will be checked for quality by BM as well as the supplier before shipping. Printed on demand, hand-signed and numbered by BM. Prints are shipped worldwide. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. International orders may take longer due to customs.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PARCELS
If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to bobbymandrup@gmail.com. Without images of both product and packaging, BM will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.
RETURNS
Please contact bobbymandrup@gmail.com before returning any items.
Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
Returned goods should be protected in a box. No tape is to be attached to the product.
The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer.
When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, BM will refund the value of your order.
BM reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Please note: BM shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to me through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before BM can send your order back out to you. If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to BM. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
CONFIRMATION
When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact bobbymandrup@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, BM will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information registered with Bobby Mandrup are kept for five years, after that the data will be deleted. BM save your e-mail address to i.a. send you an order confirmation as well as notice you when your order has been shipped. Your name and address will show on a label of your package with your order. BM cooperate with different companies which process and file data. These companies process data solely on BMs behalf and may not use personal data for their own purposes. BM only use your information to deliver your order and to provide the customer service you deserve. When collecting personal information through bobbymandrup.com, BM ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
